Commercial Gas Engineer - FM Service Provider - Manchester - 36-42K

CBW is working with a leading installation, servicing and maintenance contractor that is looking to add a Commercial Gas Engineer to their team.

The client has a strong portfolio of blue-chip clients throughout the UK, but this position will be covering the Manchester region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings.



• Planned maintenance throughout client’s portfolio of properties

• Self delivery of smaller installations

• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.

• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment

• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.



• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance

Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationships 


Salary and package

Salary 36-42K
Monday Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
30 mins travel each way
OT after 40 hours at 1.5
On-call 1in 4 - On-call door to door travel paid
Holidays - 30 days (including stats) plus pension
Fully expensed van - Business use only

Requirements 

Commercial Gas qualifications 

Building services experience 

Full driving license
