Remote IT Infrastructure Manager

Remote IT Infrastructure Manager required by an innovative management company who provide an extensive range of management solutions covering the full lifecycle.
Business, growth, coupled with an expansion into new areas and demand from customers has led to the business outgrowing and needing to replace its legacy in-house built applications, and as such are seeking a Remote IT Infrastructure Manager to join the team.

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors
· Manage our internal and cloud-based infrastructure, security and applications
· Ensure successful delivery of projects to strengthen the businesses position at this pivotal point in our growth
· Design, configure and secure company services to both internal and external users, plus also clients
· Provide leadership, support and direction to the IT Service Team to ensure smooth and responsive delivery
· Ensure backups, business continuity plans and processes are in place, current, tested and effective
· Ensure all systems are monitored and running optimally
· Oversee cloud compute cost to ensure best value is attained

Candidates will be effective at:
· Strong leadership skills and experience in a lead role
· Managing cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure services, Office 365, Mobile Device Management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, participating in workshops to help gather requirements, and producing technical documentation
· Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
