Weekend Control Room Operative

We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan.

As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.
What you’ll do
• Take inbound telephone calls
• Respond to email enquiries
• Take intercom calls 
• Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
• Certify accuracy and a high attention to detailAssisting with the Irish Clamp release
What you’ll bring
• Excellent customer services skills
• Effective listening to build rapport with our customers
• Be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to absorb new information
• Ability to multitask and adapt
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but not essential
• Full accredited training will be provided to all successful candidates
What we’ll offer you
£19,855 per annum
• 40 hours per week 11:00am- 20:00

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, however the occasional weekend work will be required to cover annual leave requirements & sickness.
