Alert Handler/Administrator 


Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

£10.50 per hour

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of South West Water for an Administrator to provide support to the energy team.

The Role:

Monitoring alarms
Raising enquiries 
Alerting anyone of any accidents 
Ensuring workers are safe before closing off any cases

Experience required:

Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft office experience
Ability to prioritise work and working to deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Good attention to detail 
Ability to remain calm
