Temporary ongoing contract

Monday - Friday 37 hours per week




Smart Solutions' are currently recruiting for a Control Room Technician to join the team at South West Water in Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest employers across the South West. 




Job responsibilities:

Maintaining administrative records 
Monitoring the alarms for Support Operators in the field
Monitoring the inbox and telephone
Data input 
Communicating with teams to organise solutions to alarms 
Monitor alarm system reporting any issues to the Management Team




About you:

We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident and positive approach.

You will need to be IT Literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
