Car Park Attendant

The Role
Working on our Stafford Council contract you will be form part of the parking team operating primarily across the Waterfront and Riverside car parks.

The role works on a part time shift pattern, working days and nights including weekend work.

Please note that late finishes could be 12:30am during the weekend and there are plans for the car park to open 24 hours.
What you'll do:
To resolve customer’s concerns, patrol the car park, deter crime, and implement traffic control measures.
At the same time maintaining the agreed standards of site cleanliness, safety, whilst delivering continuous improvement in all these areas
Meet and exceed were ever possible the safety, security and service of the car park customers, our client, and the property.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service, to effectively resolve customers problems on site wherever possible
Carry out first line maintenance of payment machines, and other company equipment
Assist with Revenue Transfers and maintain records Revenue movement as laid down within the local revenue protection protocols, in line with APCOA SOP’s
What you'll bring:
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of health and safety requirements
A reliable and responsible attitude to work, including ability to be proactive

 
What we'll offer you:
£9.90 per hour
17 hours per week, covering Sunday and Monday (possible over time to cover holiday and sickness)
