Operational Support Manager

The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Support Manager to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract.

The ideal candidate will have a background of management and customer service experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes. 

What you will do
• Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility.
• Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control.
• Delivering a professional standard of administration for the contract, generating reports, analysing data, payroll, and HR responsibilities.
• Deploys CEOs and manages staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Open and closes the base.
• Arranges and manages the beats & shift patterns for staff.
• Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and identify training needs for operational staff.
• Identify and assist in the development of new business.
What you will bring
• 3 years minimum management experience at Team Leader or equivalent level
• Operationally minded with experience in client facing roles.
• Excellent people management skills including coaching, training, and recruiting.
• Experience of cost control, budgets, monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports.
• Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office
• Full, clean driving licence
