Location: Fully remote or hybrid split of home and office (Eccles)
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
ELAS, part of the Citation Group, is looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to plan, implement and optimise its campaign and marketing plans.
Working alongside a team of digital and content marketers, the Campaign Manager role will be integral in helping us to drive and deliver our brand, lead generation and sales growth ambitions.
What's in it for you? This role will provide you with the opportunity to work for an agile, customer-focused, and growing business, driven by multi-channel inbound and outbound acquisition marketing campaigns.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will support the Marketing leadership team in delivering the campaign and communications strategy.
, Devise integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition and customer retention
, Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of acquisition marketing campaigns through our CRM and email platforms
, Brief and oversee the work of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to designers, copywriters, and digital marketers.
, Write, edit and proofread campaign copy as required
, Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analytics, leads and conversions to optimise future campaigns
, Maintain regular measurement of campaign ROI.
, Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
, Collect, manage and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
, Work alongside the wider marketing management team to create a joined-up acquisition marketing approach
, Keep abreast of campaign and martech trends
, Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns land effectively across the business
, Work within agreed budget parameters and report on ROI by campaign
, Ensure that the ELAS brand and identity is adhered to across all campaigns
, Management skills: As a campaign manager you will formulate and realise your own campaign marketing plan, working alongside other senior marketers to integrate and align all lead-gen activity
, Communication skills: Excellent written skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for campaigns and briefs.
You will also have first-rate communication skills, to enable you to manage relationships with peers and stakeholders, including non-marketing audiences
, Project management skills: As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on your campaigns.
You will need to manage the organisation's output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
, Numerical skills: You will be great with both words and numbers.
You will acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success of campaigns.
, In control: As the campaign manager, you will have a great deal of control over the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers.
Along with this, you will need to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and that all messaging lands well and is on-point.
You will have the final say on how campaigns are executed, so will love to own projects from beginning to end
What we are looking for:
With a passion for marketing and the ability to always put yourself in the customer's shoes, you will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a lead gen or eCommerce business.
You will be organised and tenacious and be able to successfully manage multiple workload streams.
Commercial confidence is key, with the ability to manage customer segmentation and campaign performance.
You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues.
If you are still reading this, it says our culture is for you.
