Location - West & East Midlands

Salary - Up to £75,000 + Package

I am currently in the market for a Design Manager to join a well-established privately owned Tier 2 Main Contractor based in either the West or East Midlands.

You will be working on a variety of schemes such as: Care Homes, Apartments and Student Accommodation with the value ranging from £3m - £30m.

You will be reporting into Head of Design, within this role, they are offering a generous salary with great benefits as well as clear career progression.
