Customer Service Agent

The Role
We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.

This post will be based within the UK customer service centre based in Wigan town Centre. 

What you’ll do
Take inbound telephone calls
Respond to email enquiries
Monitor our Live Chat facility
Answer a range of customer enquiries about Parking Notices, permits, and bookings
Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
Certify accuracy and a high attention to detail

What you’ll bring
Excellent customer services skills
Effective listening to build rapport with our customers
Be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to absorb new information
Ability to multitask and adapt
Able to work with minimum supervision

Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but not essential
Full accredited training will be provided to all successful candidates

What we’ll offer you
£19,85540 hours per week (Monday to Friday shifts between 8:00–20:00 and Saturday 8:00–17:00)
