Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / Two sites - Up to £38,000


Exciting opportunity to work for an FM service provider situated in London.

CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover two sites in central London.

The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend two sites where he or they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £38,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.


Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e.
  
  This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)
