Customer Service Assistant (Full-Time)

We are recruiting for Customer Service Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of all car parks and the controlled forecourt and deliver customer service a high standard leading to complete customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
Be competent in the repair, maintenance, or replenishment of car parking equipment in line with manufacturers recommendations 
Ensure that all equipment is securely and appropriately stored
Drive, and care for all company vehicles carefully, complying with all appropriate legislation
Monitor the appearance of the car parks and working areas, taking action to ensure that company standards are achieved and maintained
Undertake regular/random mobile/foot patrols of the car parks and monitor activity and to deter criminal activity
Regulate the entry of vehicles to the controlled forecourt
Assist customers in distress or in need of assistance
Ensure customer complaints and insurance claims are minimised
Work with all managers and staff to implement successful marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and maximise income opportunities
Maintain a standard of attitude and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible light
Work as part of a wider team

What you’ll bring 
IT Literate
Excellent spoken English
Evidence of ability to communicate and interact with the public
Smart and professional
Ability to multi-task
Able to work under pressure

What we’ll offer you 
£9.50 hourly rate
42 hours per week
20 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
