Customer Service Assistant (Driver) - Valet

The Role

Due to expansion of our operations, we are looking for more Customer Service Agents (Drivers) to join our Valet team at Heathrow Airport.

The Customer Service Agent (Driver) role is pivotal to the smooth running and operational effectiveness of the prestigious Valet. 

What you’ll do

  • The role is based at Heathrow on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, main responsibilities will include checking in customers, driving cars safely to and from an allotted area, managing damage liability by your driving standards in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintaining the already high standards of security in regard to customer high value vehicles, property and keys
  • Maintaining a high standard of dress and appearance, adherence to SOPs, and have a good standard of spoken and written English, you should ideally have previous experience within a Parking environment.
  •  You must hold a Full UK licence for at least 3 years, and have a fair standard in IT (word and excel) , subject to DBS approval.

What we’ll offer you 
  • £22,754.16 annual salary 
  • £11.05 hourly rate
  • 8.5-hour shifts (4 on 2 off rota)
