Maintenance Engineer

Fabric / Maintenance Engineers - Newmarket - Luxury Residential Properties / Offices - £28,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Newmarket.

I am currently recruiting for x2 Mobile Fabric / Maintenance Engineers to cover a number of luxury residential properties and commercial offices in Newmarket.

The successful candidate with have an all round understanding of most trades (i.e.

Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic electrical, Painting etc) with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the property portfolio and will also need to hold a valid UK driving license, only you may be required to attend multiple sites (A pool vehicle will be provided as and when required).

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)
Overtime available at weekends

Requirements

• A trade qualification in any discipline 
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover multiple buildings 
• Honest, hard working and reliable
• A valid UK driving license (Essential) 
• Experience working in hotels / high end residential properties (Highly desirable)

• £28,000 per annum
• Overtime paid at 1.5 after 40 hours
• 20 days holiday + BH
