Senior Practitioner for Young Carers - Fareham and Gosport (Part Time)

As a Young Carers Senior Practitioner you will be planning and leading services to support young carers.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding role, and gain a strong sense of achievement.



The role primarily involves working with groups of young carers to enable them to take respite from their responsibilities and to offer an opportunity to talk openly about their concerns.

To provide a range of support services for young carers including group sessions, activities, 1:1 support, advice and information, advocacy and signposting to other services as and when appropriate.



This requires flexible working hours, including two Saturdays a month and two evenings a week.



Project is based around Fareham & Gosport.

Work outside of this area may occasionally be needed.

Successful candidate will be classed as a home worker, and so require suitable internet access



This is a part-time role with 18 hours per week
