Traffic Marshal

We have opportunities for Traffic Marshals to join our team at Wembley Park.

Traffic Marshals are an essential customer service function providing information and advice to a wide range of people.
 
What you'll do:
Carrying out foot patrols on car parks.
Guiding vehicles around the estate or within the car park
Always adhere to company policy and procedure.
Assist customers with any general queries relating to the car park.
Courteous and friendly to all members of the public and assist them with any problems they may have
Identify and report any failures of parking control equipment
Flexible to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday and sickness
 
What you'll bring:
Excellent Customer service
Excellent Communication
Excellent written and spoken English
A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer service, retail, hospitality, transport or parking operations
A reliable and responsible attitude to work, including ability to be proactive
Prepared to work flexible hours including weekends, evening and holiday – including all major Wembley Stadium events.
 
What we'll offer you:
Full time hours- 4 Early Shifts (07:00-15:00) 2 Days off, followed by 4 Late Shifts (15:00-23:00) 2 Days off.
£20,629.08 per annum

A full Manual driving license is essential for this role
