Sirona Medical's Social Care Department are recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilties Team. 

Post Holder will be undertaking a case load of young people aged 0-18 years old to review their Child in Need and Child in Care Plans; undertake statutory Child In Care and Child in Need visits; being part of the team duty rota to field calls, supporting families with queries and crisis intervention; keeping the child’s records updated, undertaking or supporting S.47 enquiries

AS PART OF THIS POSITION IT MAY INVOLVE VISITING CQC INSPECTED CARE HOMES AND THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF VACINATION

To be successful for this role applicants must have:

• Relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Social Work England Registered
• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Full UK drivers license and have access to a vehicle
