Remote Junior Tester/Support Assistant

Our client is a web agency and WordPress specialist with a client base spread around the UK and now expanding internationally as well.

They are now looking for a Remote Junior Tester/Support Assistant to join the friendly team to assist clients to help them improve their web presence. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:
● Create/execute manual tests
● Analyse/report reasons for test failure(s)
● Coordinate work across a number of teams/projects
● Deliver work to the committed timescale
● Seeking clarification where documentation is not sufficiently precise for testing
● Testing websites on mobile devices & platforms

Essential skills & experience:
● Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with others
● Be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels of technical awareness
● The ability to work on own initiative within a busy environment
● Good attention to detail

● Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00
