I am currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a national business operating at Tier 1 level.

They operate across all construction discipline projects ranging from £1m - £70m.

The role: -

As a Marketing Manager you will be managing, developing & building the relationships with senior leads and assosciates within the every region of the business.

You will develop a universal marketing strategy for the business in addition to producing extra region marketing plans that will inevitably go into the overall business marketing strategy.

You will be reporting into Head of Communications and Marketing.

Marketing Manager duties: -

  • Expert at negotiating and handling complex and tiered stakeholders both in house and externally

  • Commercially focussed

  • Devise excellent and engaging marketing solutions that will respond to the commercial imperatives of the business which deliver results, developing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues and projects across the business

  • Navigate through complexity, use sound judgement and influence associates.

    Creating and delivering a high-quality copy and content for all types of marketing communication

  • Be a trusted adviser to senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Take responsibility for developing and delivering agreed programmes and initiatives

  • Managing events from start-finish and ensuring they are delivered to a standard and kept within budget

The ideal candidate: -

  • Previous experience of delivering & developing targeted and effective lead generation strategies, focussed on commercial results not just general profile raising

  • Proven ability to deliver demonstrable, measurable business benefits using a range of digital marketing tools

  • Commercially focussed with the knowledge to research and develop insight in order to produce informed campaigns and influencer strategies.

  • A strong strategic thinker

  • The ability to track and report on the influence of the campaigns that you have delivered.

    With this knowledge, you will be able to create new strategies and evolving executions moving forward.

  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing strategies, techniques and approaches

  • Proven experience of working for complex organisations with multiple stakeholders in the b2b and/or construction/infrastructure sectors

  • Ability to project manage multiple initiatives at the same time

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the knowledge to write high-quality

  • Possess tact and sensitivity when working with confidential data and information

  • Experience in dealing with and influencing business leaders
