Helpdesk Administrator

Facilities Helpdesk Administrator - FM Service Provider - Oxford Circus, Central London - Leading Tech Company / Client Facing - Up to £28,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity to work for a building services company situated in Oxford Circus, Central London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk / Contract Administrator to be based on a site located at Oxford Circus, Central London.

The duties will include all aspects of Helpdesk, day to day administration, working closely with the FM team, chasing documents, being involved with the planning of projects and answering calls and emails.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (08:00am to 17:00pm)

Key duties & Responsibilities

- The role involves all aspects of Helpdesk duties
- Covering the UK national Helpdesk,
- Assist with PPM look ahead process
- Scheduling and planning of PPMs
- Liaising with customers to confirm visits and access requirements
- Support the mobilisation of contracts for PPM set up and reporting.
- Receiving, tracking, and scanning compliance documentation such as risk and method statements.
- Diary Management for 9/10 Engineers on site
- Entering data from submission of engineering staff
- Finance Admin such as: invoicing, WIP reports, quotes, billing etc.

Requirements

- Experience within a similar customer focused multi-disciplined demanding environment
- Experience working in a Helpdesk role
- Happy to cover both helpdesk and contract support duties
- Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering excellence in the facilities service’s environment
- Managed auditing processes for a range of services and performed to service KPI’s
- Good communication (both written and verbal) skills with ability to work under pressure whilst focused on best-in-class customer service
- Experience of dealing with and monitoring contractors
