Multi lingual IT Support Engineer 13.00 to 22.00

Our clients are looking for a Multi lingual Support Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of IT services, ensuring high quality service with a consistent and professional approach.  The successful candidate will provide an outstanding service to our customers and build a great relationship with International customers and partners and assist on service requests.

•    Mon - Fri, 13:00pm - 22:00pm

About the Role & Responsibilities:
•    Answer client requests via telephone and email
•    Maintain a customer focused service though the lifecycle of each ticket by managing customer expectations by keeping customer informed of progress
•    Triage and troubleshoot customer issues with first class telephone support, gathering and analysing information to identify and resolve as quickly as possible

Technical Experience / Requirements:
•    Active Directory Admin skills / experience
•    Azure and SharePoint backend experience
•    Outlook troubleshooting - sync Issues and e-mails experience
•    Desktop support on Microsoft Windows & Office application stack
•    1 Years' experience of End User IT Support Experience or practical experience of technology
