An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN or RMN Nurse to work in a brand new nursing home which opened recently in the Didcot, Oxfordshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

A brand new purpose-built care home promises to provide a wonderfully caring and unique environment and offer Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care

*You will be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Leading, supervising and training the care team


• General Nursing duties-Wound care/general observation/blood sugar level testing/liaising with other healthcare professionals to give the best care


• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication


• Keeping precise, up to date records


• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Ability to lead a team with a passion for hands on care


• Supportive and great at communicating


• Able to adapt to different personalities within your team, and build and maintain strong working relationships, whilst sharing and demonstrating your own knowledge to your care team


• Able to prioritise your time efficiently to ensure all documentation is kept up to date


• Able to work well within the individual teams and not afraid to get ‘stuck in'


• Minimum of 1 year Nursing practice

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £25.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £57,200 per annum.
