Sirona Medical's Social Care Department are recruiting for an Adult Social Worker who has experience of working in a hospital Discharge team.

Our client is looking for someone who has the ability to deal with complaints, complex discharge planning including completion of mental capacity assessments and making best interest decisions.

Dealing with Safeguarding concerns and experience of supervising students/staff and chairing family meetings/best interest discussions.



Ability to manage duty manager role including checking and signing off completed assessments.

Supporting and mentoring unqualified social Care assessors as required. 

To apply for this role you must have:

- Relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
- Previous experience in working in Adults Social Care
- Experience with managing complex caseload 
- Social Work England Registered
- Be eligible to work within the UK
