Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Static Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Contract - Brixton - £38,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Central London.

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to be based in a static role in Brixton.

The successful candidate will be a full qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer with C&G / NVQ / F-Gas.

Although this is a static position, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of service and breakdown on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant across this large site.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying £38,000, overtime and career progression.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (40 Hour week)
08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
- F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
- Refrigeration experience 
- Knowledge of Chillers
- Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
- Building Services experience
- Good communication skills
