Buildings control Project Manager

Buildings control Project manager Up to £50K +Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Building Control Project Manager to join a corporate approved Building Control company

The Role

The duties will include, but not be limited to, site inspections, attending design team meetings, vetting all new commissions/ plans to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislation, maintaining a portfolio of projects for a client base and providing technical advice & guidance to clients.

Good knowledge of the building regulations 2000.
 You will help with the smooth operation of the offices for which the manager has a responsibility.
Helping to Assist in analysis of workload within allocated office, Be Responsible for operational control of the customer base.
To develop business opportunities and market the services offered by the company.
To be fully conversant with all relevant legislation and ensure that construction procedures are updated accordingly.

The Candidate

The type of person this role will suit is a person who is efficient, hardworking articulate and enthusiastic.

someone who is a team player and has a great eye for detail.
If you are a chartered member of RICS or CABE or CIOB will be a distinct advantage if you are working towards any of these memberships but have at least 2 years building experience, you would be considered for this role.

On offer is salary up to £50K +Benefits (Holiday, pension company car, child care vouchers, 40 hour working week, flexible start time available + discretionary bonus.
