Physical Promotions Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Promotions Assistant to help raise public awareness of various ongoing music events in a number of ways:

• Through the distribution of our branded flyer packs outside London based events and festivals
• Flyers & posters distributed across our large network of London based shops, cafes and bars
• Flyers & posters distributed across many London universities, colleges and hostels
• Taking part and managing large hand to hand flyer distribution campaigns as part of a team

Qualifications/qualities:

• Friendly, approachable, outgoing, reliable
• Resourceful with a can-do attitude
• Punctuality important
• Previous experience in event promotions, marketing, advertisement or other related fields preferred
• Reasonable knowledge of electronic music
• Strong leadership qualities
• experienced cyclist/motorcyclist preferred
• Applicants with cars/vans also welcome

Responsibilities:

• Creating extensive photo reports of your distribution 
• Sourcing new routes and sites on a day to day basis
• Sourcing new clients and campaigns

Successful applicants will get to work closely with many large event and festival organisers with further opportunities to work within those particular brands.
