General Maintenance Engineer x 2 - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - Shoreditch - Up to £37,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an Expanding, Forward Thinking FM service provider situated in across a number of sites in the Shoreditch area.
CBW are currently looking for a General Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 40 commercial buildings located in the Shoreditch area.
The successful candidates will be a all round maintenance engineer ideally with some qualifications (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Semi Static position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites (40 Sites within a team of engineers) where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £37,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
