As Land Manager, you will be responsible for securing land opportunities to meet the company's requirements and expansion plans.
You will liaise and negotiate with landowners and land managers throughout the lifecycle of the land development.
The development takes place in with landowners across England, Scotland, and Wales. This is not a site finding role, you will acquire land projects from other teams that will be at varying stages of contract stages/negotiation at prebuild and build stages.
