Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) - North of Scotland - £30,000 - £35,000 DOE The Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) will be the primary point of contact between residents and the project team, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for residents impacted by ongoing refurbishment and maintenance projects.
The TLO will be responsible for managing resident inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring all communications are clear, timely, and consistent with project standards. This position will be site based so travel throughout Scotland will be expected with over night stays too.
