  • Providing technical guidance during installation phases, supporting on-site teams with structural queries.
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure designs meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging trends and advancements in structural engineering and solar technology.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable post-graduate structural engineering experience; renewable energy project exposure advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla or equivalent).
  • Experience using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
  • Sound understanding of structural design codes and construction regulations.
  • Familiarity with soil–structure interaction and interpretation of ground investigation reports (desirable).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer
