Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef requirements:
- Previous experience in award-winning restaurants, luxury hotels, or private members’ clubs
- A strong foundation in Italian and/or European cuisine is preferred
- Stable and consistent employment history is essential
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Confident working within a large brigade – you’ll be part of a 50-strong team, serving up to 500 covers per service
