Waiter Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in professional London restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubs
• Exposure to Italian cuisine is a strong advantage, though not essential

• A genuine passion for fine wines – ideal for someone looking to grow into a sommelier role
