Rotating shift pattern (7am–4pm / 9am–6pm)
£46,000 – £48,000 per year + Plenty of Overtime + £100 Standby (1 in 2 call-out rota)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team, providing first-class support across a 9-floor commercial site in Canary Wharf.

Working as part of a 2-man team, you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth running of landlord services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical and mechanical building services
  
  
• Support landlord duties across the 9-floor site
  
  
• Respond to call-outs on a 1-in-2 rota (standby allowance provided)
  
  
• Work closely with your teammate to ensure high standards of service delivery
  
  
• Identify, report and resolve technical issues efficiently
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
  
  

• 7am – 4pm
  
  
• 9am – 6pm
  (Rotating shift basis)
  
  

• Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (18th Edition or equivalent)
  
  
• Experience in commercial building services environment
  
  
• Strong knowledge of both electrical and basic mechanical systems
  
  
• Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
