What You'll Be Doing
Step into an essential data-focused administrative role that forms the backbone of successful promotional campaigns.
You'll analyse campaign performance from start to finish, maintain critical data systems, and support campaign delivery across major UK brands.
This isn't just admin - it's your gateway to understanding every aspect of promotional marketing analytics whilst building expertise that opens doors to rapid career progression.
Competition Winner Management:
- Contact competition winners promptly to confirm prize details, terms & conditions, and secure acceptance
- Coordinate prize fulfilment between brands and winners whilst maintaining strict GDPR compliance
- Follow up with winners to collect photos and testimonials for marketing content
- Manage winner content for websites, social media, newsletters, and brand communications
- Build and maintain the "Winners Wall of Fame" database showcasing success stories across platforms
- Cleanse, password-protect, and securely store competition opt-in data following compliance protocols
- Transfer brand data through secure, GDPR-compliant methods including encrypted platforms
- Create monthly Data Transfer Consent Forms ensuring proper permissions before data sharing
- Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails for all data processing activities
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed Brand Round-Up Campaign Decks with comprehensive performance analysis
- Compile analytical reports covering digital campaigns, newsletters, social media, and print collaborations
- Gather insights and statistics from multiple platforms, creating detailed analysis spreadsheets
- Support campaign documentation ensuring accuracy across all brand and title partnerships
- Track ROI and conversion metrics across all promotional activities
- Update competition websites with winner content, photos, and testimonials
- Maintain agency portfolio sites with current campaign activity and brand testimonials
- Resize and optimise imagery for mobile and desktop viewing
- Apply basic SEO principles during content uploads to improve search performance
- Maintain comprehensive tracking spreadsheets covering campaign progress, performance metrics, and winner records
- Update testimonial databases and brand contact information
- Manage annual contact lists for relationship management and seasonal communications
- Create detailed activity reports and performance analysis ensuring accuracy across all campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Excellent written communication for client-facing correspondence
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy
- Interest in marketing analytics and eagerness to learn about promotional campaigns
- Comfortable with numbers and data-driven decision making
