Fabricator Welder

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established mechanical engineering contractor in their search for a Fabricator Welder to work in Buckley.

Job Role: Working on a steelwork site, the Fabricator Welder will be involved in onsite fabrication and MIG welding of structural steel components.

The work includes interpreting drawings, cutting and assembling metalwork, and welding to a high standard using MIG techniques.

The role is physically demanding and carried out outdoors on active construction sites.

Job Details:

• Pay: £22.00 - £25.00 per hour
• Hours of Work: 10-hour days with overtime paid at time and a half
• Duration: Temporary

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience with onsite fabrication and MIG welding
• Proficient in interpreting fabrication drawings
• Skilled in handling steel sections and using welding equipment

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Background in structural or industrial steel fabrication projects

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card
