Mobile Plumber - Central Belt - Plumber - Up to £38,000 company van and good overtime available

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a mixed commercial portfolio in sites around the Central Belt and Edinburgh areas.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

  • Basic Salary of up to £38,000
  • Good opportunity for over time at
  • Additional on-call payment
  • Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
  • Good holiday allowance
  • Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

Key Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Reactive and planned plumbing work
  • Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works 
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site 
  • Planned and reactive works 
  • To provide call out response 
Requirements

  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Full Driver’s license
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
