About the Role:
CBW Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a well-established client in Rochester.

This role involves the manufacture, installation, and repair of doors, with a focus on ensuring reactive repairs and exceptional service.

Experience with automatic doors is a bonus, but don’t worry—full training will be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain industrial doors and loading bays
• Install new doors and shutters at client sites
• Conduct reactive repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site
• Participate in an on-call rota, with occasional out-of-hours work required

• Previous experience in industrial door and loading bay maintenance (reactive repairs, service, and installation)
• Experience with automatic doors is preferred 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Drivers licence
