Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider  - Mayfair, London - Temporary - Immediate start

CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in a commercial building located in Mayfair, London.

The successful candidate will be mechanical qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience working with hot water systems/ heating systems
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing,
• Water pressurization units
• Calorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
• Cooling towers
• Boilers – re-sets
• Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets etc

• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Monday - Friday
• Ongoing temporary contract

• Mechanically qualified to Level 2 or equivalent
• Commercial Building maintenance experience
• Positive attitude
• Multi-Skilled
• Good communication skills
