Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-End Residential Building– Kensington, South West London – up to £45,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Kensington, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a single man high-end residential site in Kensington, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water flushing / temp checks logs
• Boosted water pumps
• Fire damper maintenance
• Electric gates
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks

• Electrically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Job logic experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
