Helpdesk Administrator

Helpdesk Administrator - Kensington, London - Government Contract - Up to £16.00 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management.

One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.

Hours of Work / Details:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 16:00pm
  • Office based
  • Contract type - Temp starting on 13th June 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
  • Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
  • Open and close jobs
  • To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
  • Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
  • Attending to queries should they arise
  • General administration support
  • Chasing and liaison daily
  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
Requirements:
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Experience in FM
  • General Administration
  • CAFM knowledge ( Concept )
