Mobile Electrical Engineer

Mobile Engineer - Central Belt- Salary up to £38,000 Plus great benefits - Interviews this week in Glasgow / Edinburgh

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the Central Belt.  Occasional travel will be expected once every three months to Inverness and to the North of England.   

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books 
• To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis.
• To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information required

• Basic Salary of up to £38,000
• Call out
• Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Requirements

• Electrically or mechanically  qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Electrically or mechanically qualified – City and Guilds  level 3 (Desirable)

• Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential) 

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
