• Assisting executives with day-to-day tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Supporting business operations by optimizing processes, analysing data, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Proven experience in business operations, sales support, or executive assistance roles.
• Strong communication, critical thinking & interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
