Head of Finance

About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Finance who has a passion for delivering an exceptional internal customer experience, driving continuous improvement and living the ethos of #SahaOneTeam.
As a finance professional, ideally from the Housing sector, you will know that our overall viability is key since the landscape for niche and supported housing providers like Saha is a challenging one.

You’ll use a proactive, future-first approach to ensure that decisions are in-line with both medium and long-term objectives.
This is a hybrid role, working from home with occasional visits to the Bolton office, monthly in person Leadership and Team meetings (London and Bolton), and occasional visits to front line services across England.
If you are people focused and can demonstrate our culture of fun, open, ambitious, supportive, collaborative, positive and safe, we would love to hear from you.

About The Candidate
In return for helping to transform lives, we’ll give you access to some great benefits including:

  • 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) rising to 31 days
  • An extra day off on your birthday
  • Pension (up to 6% employer matched contributions) with life assurance
  • A High Street discount scheme (great savings both on and off-line)
  • Healthcare Cashback scheme
  • Private medical insurance
  • Occupational Sick Pay
  • Long service awards from 2.5 years
