Mobile A/C Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer- Manchester -Up to £40,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an Air Conditioning engineer to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis.

This role will be covering sites in the Manchester/Leeds area with the ideal candidate being situated in the Manchester.

This role comes with company van and you must have relevant FM experience.

In return you will get 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) and a basic salary of up to £40,000! Below are more details on this position:

Hours:

Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License
