Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer -Darlington / Sunderland - Facilities Provider - up to£40,000 plus package 


An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in North East of England has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally with their f- gas based on a mobile role in the Darlington / Sunderland area.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various contracts with in the North East region. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Pumps, motors
• Compliance and logbooks
• Chillers and pressurisation units
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• F - Gas would be beneficial 
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
