Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber - Tooting (SW), London - Temp - Start Immediately - £22 per hour 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a large commercial environment building in Tooting.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record working as a Maintenance Plumber.

In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Treatment
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Minor installation works
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• AHU's/FCU's filter changes
• Boiler & Chiller checks
• Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Testing

• City and Guilds in Plumbing
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
• Demonstrate previous experience commercial plumbing
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
