x2 Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - Permanent - London - Healthcare Environment - £15.07 per hour 

Exciting opportunity for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to work for an established cleaning company situated in London.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record working as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor. 

Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00am to 09:00am or 16:30pm to 21:00pm
• Contract type - Permanent 
• Company van provided
• Basic DBS required
• Pay Rate £15.07 per hour

• Supervising Cleaning Operatives
• Assisting with Scheduling Cleaners including arranging cover
• Quality Auditing
• Recruitment of Cleaners
• Training Cleaners
• Site Start Ups
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all customer sites
• Ensuring continuous customer satisfaction
• Reactive Training
• Maintaining stock levels
• Great Communication with Clients
• Some potential self-cleaning
• Will manage 30 buildings and a team of 36 staff

• 2 years experience as a Cleaning Supervisor 
• Supervising operations in a demanding environment
• Deep cleaning skills
• Driving License
• Basic DBS required 
• Ability to work as a team and lead
• Flexible on working times as travel across London
• Motivated and forward thinking
• Take responsibility for tasks
• Right to work in the UK
• Client facing and good communication skills
