Static Electrician (with van)

Static Electrician - Facilities Company - Aberdeen - up to 35K - Company van and excellent benefits 

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical bias engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This is working mainly on a large static site however you will also be expected to carry out reactive works on smaller sites in the Aberdeenshire area.  The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience and hold their 18th edition qualification.

Hours of work:

08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday 

Key responsibilities: 

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• General Site Maintenance : Air handling units, basic plumbing. 

• 25 days plus bank holidays
