The role:
, Setting up all new clients on the finance system.
, Responsible for creating and maintaining all contracts including any changes to current contracts.
, Processing contract cancellations in the finance system.
, Raising all monthly and ad hoc invoices/credits to clients.
, Management of all queries regarding accounts receivable within the Finance mailbox in a timely manner.
, Maintaining and updating, when required, site breakdowns for invoices and ensuring they match the invoice value ahead of distribution.
, Weekly updates of the Invoice paid list for our training division.
, Ahead of month end check our ‘Dashboard' for any errors and ensure they are rectified by month end.
, Assisting credit control with any queries and write-offs throughout the month.
, Reviewing any unallocated credits/cash on the aged debtor ledger.
, Assisting with audit samples.
