Permanent, Full Time – Office Based, 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 16:00 Friday.

We are looking now to expand our sales team with an experienced sales supervisor.

Reporting directly to the General Manager the role will offer chances to succeed and grow within the business.

Job Description:

- Working as Line Manager and an integral part of the sales team.
- Oversee daily sales activities.
- Review and improve sales and quoting process to maximise revenue and profit.
- Deal with inbound sales submissions effectively to maximise new customer growth.
- Manage the team workload and utilise the strengths of all employees.
- Deliver excellent customer service every time.
- Monthly reporting on customer sales figures and plan of action to improve and grow.
- Pro-Active approach to customer issues and remedials.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for future products and service changes.
- Spot potential gaps and opportunities for the company to expand.
- Ad-Hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

- Confident and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team leader.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Customer focused approach with account management skills.
